Camper top swap between a 97 and an 06?

Will my camper top which is on my 97 2500 fit on my 06 3500? Just trying to save some money here.

If you mean the truck cap and not a camper, no it won't fit. If you stand at the back and look up the side the newer truck bed rail will have a bow to it. The 97's i believe are srtaight. I may be wrong but we will soon find out from others.
