Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) camplate

hey guys i have a 96 ctd 5spd the only thing i have done is put straight piped 5 inch stacks on it and i would like to put in a camplate could someone tell me what would be the best # for me i see everyone is using a #10 i will be primarily hot rodding around town and i dont really tow anything real heavy also i was wondering if adding a plate would wear harder on the engine since you are adding more fuel

Don't forget a good clutch. OEM one won't be happy.
