I recently purchase a 2003 2500 HD 2wd. I would like to raise the front end a few inches. Does anyone make a taller spring that won't make the ride any worse than it already is?

Thuren Fab, Lorenz Industries, Carli, and Kore all offer taller and much better front coils as well as kits. If you do a search on here there is plenty of reading to make an informed decision. Also the vendors are great about answering questions to fit you specific needs.

BTW- Welcome to TDR.

Did'nt pay attention to the 2wd. I'd still check with those vendors.

We have a Bilstein 5100 System with DP Leafs almost ready to rock. We're keeping everything stock height and doing our best to make it ride silky smooth.

We didn't get the Dual Purpose leafs right the first go around... round 2 starts next Monday.

I too suggest you go with the spindle kit. You won't lose any ride quality and you'll gain height. The lift coils will put your ball joints at extreme angles and you will be at the end of your droop travel thus making your truck ride very bad. As far as the rear goes anything that is made for the 4wd will work on yours as well.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll have to see what will work best for me. I hate to raise it too much since it is my work truck. I do outside parts sales for a Peterbilt dealer. So I hate to have to lift the heavy truck parts any higher than I have to. 90 pound brake drums get a little heavy after 3 or 4 of them as it is on the stock height.
I plan on documenting the changes I am doing to the truck so I will get the transformation pics posted as soon as I can.
