How much should they deduct from the Price?

I brought my truck to the dealer because I couldn't hear the navigation voice anymore. Now they adjusted all the way up and it's too loud and annoying. Is there any way I can adjust the volume on my own? I can't find anything in the manual. I believe I have the RB4 head unit.

I have both a 05 Jeep and a 08 5500, they both have the same nav system... . through the menu, in the set up page is the ability to control the volume. . we've only done this once or twice... . so I can't give you more information...

You have to do it with the vehicle stopped as this portion of the menu only works when the speed sensor see's zero...

Turn on the Nav, and program a trip to someplace, when the voice starts talking turn down the vol with the radio knob, that will set it for all nav talking.

Also, pressing the INFO button any time during navigation will cause the last set of directions to be repeated, allowing you to dial the volume wherever you please while they are being read.
