Can I swap the entire pumpkin on a Dana 60 front?

Recommendations on coils, brake pads and rotors?

Whose truck was this, and/or did it ever get fixed?

I'm looking to swap gears in my Dana 60 front axle. It currently has 4. 10 gears but I'm going to 3. 54's to match whats in the rear (I swapped in a Dana 70 rear - doing the Cummins conversion on a Crew Cab).

My donor truck is a 4x4 so it also has a Dana 60 front... I guess I could swap the whole axle but I thought it may be easier to just swap the pumpkins out? I'm not familiar with the Dana 60 so I'm not sure if that is even an option. Of course, I could also take it somewhere and just have new 3. 54 gears setup in my existing Dana 60 front as well. Any idea what that runs as far as cost?

What do you guys think would be the easiest as I'm in a big time crunch (trying to make it to Mopar Nats in this).

Thanks.

quickest and cheapest would be to swap the entire axle. . only a TRE, brake line, shocks, and 4 ubolts and it is out. To swap carriers between the two you would still need to do all the steps required for a new gear setup + getting the parts out of the donor axle.

BTW where are you located? Wanna get rid of that extra 60?
