As the topic states... I have a Westach boost/pyro combo and will soon add a tuner box. Some of the newer boxes have a EGT input. Do you need 2 seperate probes?

you need a separate probe for each egt guage, as the guage reads voltage or resistance from the probe, adding 2 guages on the same probe will alter this and give the guages a wrong reading... ;)

I have been doing it for months and so have plenty others. Some say it won't work, others say it will. In my case it works fine and hasn't affected the gauge readings.

I thought it should work too and was just curious if anyone was doing it. Jet engines have multiple thermocouples per guage. That said, multiple guages per thermocouple should be possible. For you guys that have such a setup... are they wired in parralell or series?

series and parralell has always gotten me. :D The reds from the gauges and modules connect to the reds on the thermocouple and the yellows do the same.

That would be parralell. Series would be if you went... red on pyro to pin on 1st guage... second pin on 1st guage to pin on second guage, 2nd pin on second guage to pyro.
