I was doing spring time maint yesterday, including replacing the lower control arms which were cracked and about ready to break, fuel filter, oil change, air filter coolant checks, lube checks etc.
When I fired it up I heard a faint weird hissing noise, so I grabbed a piece of hose and started poking around trying to find it. Never found the noise I heard as it went away after it built some heat, but when I put the hose on the #1 fuel line I heard a banging. No other fuel line gives this noise using the hose/tubing. You can't hear it standing in front of the truck, and the truck runs as it always has.
Just wondering if someone else can put their ear to a hose and check this. Im a little apprehensive to drive to TN in June now, unless others have this same noise.
