Well the front end geometricly is a mess again. Here is the deal. Right now ON the truck are:

Leveling kit

DSS

DT Track Bar

Lukes Links (ALL rod ends)

Bilstein HD 5200 series shox

OFF the truck :

Quad 4X4 Ball joint kit upper and lower.

O. K In my constant endevor to get this slop happy pig to stop clunking / poping / drive straight I noticed that the angle off the pittman arm is pretty extreem. @ Full turn to the right it's stressing a bit. If I could lower that arem with a Part Number DA302 from Skyjacker. Now those are for 3-5 inches of lift and the leveling kit is what 2 at best?

Anyone know of a company that can make em with less drop?

The Skyjacker pitman isn't any longer than the factory one. They just change the taper for the drag link to mount to the bottom of the arm instead of the top. The difference you get in drop would have to be added to your track bar mount to keep everything in-line. Otherwise you would get a lot of bump-steer.

I am doing this right now, (Bulletproof Steering with heim rod ends, 03 track bar). The drag link and track bar are both about 40" long. Drag link has a 5" drop from top, (pitman arm) to bottom, (steering knuckle). Have to make a bracket to keep the track bar the same 5" of drop.
