Cannot adjust clock in 2006 Dodge 2500 CTD

All, I have tried numerous times to adjust my clock on the radio. Used the instructions in the owners manual [this used to work...] When I press the time button, the first digit blinks, I turn the tune dial to adjust the digit, and it stays on the digit that was shown.

I have replaced both batteries in the interim [a trip to Ottawa Canada and -6 F temps on 8+ year old OEM batteries convinced me to change before be stranded] Still the same issue with the clock. Not a big deal, just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue.

The radio, CD etc all works correctly in every other mode.

Almost, I had trouble doing mine a few days ago. After you set the hours hit the tune button( right knob) and I think it will switch to minutes? bg
