I Have A 99 Ram 4x4 With A Autotrans, I Have Look Every Where On The Block And Cant Find The Block Id#, The # Is Not Below The Injector Pump Or Anywhere Above The Oil Pan Around The Whole Engine. Im Hoping The This Is A Good Sign That I Dont Have A 53 Block. Any Other Locatin That I Sould Look To Find Out What The Block # Is?

Go to the top of the oil filter and then directly to the block. You'll see the numbers stamped into the block in that area.

Nope, Nothng, Just Plain Metal. The only thing that i see on the block is just below the oilfilter housing and that is a "A" about 1inch tall

You and I have the same block... . no number on it. Don't worry about it anymore as you do not have a "53" block.

Every one of these engines I've ever looked at has it in that area. Look closely. It's on the flat, milled area of the block around the exhause manifold. On my new one, it is between ports. On my 01, it was vertical if I remember right, right between the #1 and #2 ports. Yours may be below those ports, but it should be right in that area.
