Is there any other shorties out there? I'm about 5'6" and I couldn't see over my steering wheel! So, I blocked my bench seat by about 2" and it makes driving a more pleasurable experience! I can see! I can see! It's like driving Mom's bus now (but less mirrors) I used pine as blocking and it seems like I get some cushioning in the seat now on bumby roads. One of you other "shorties" might even want to try using a block of hard rubber to raise your seat. That would probably make for a nice ride. If your short, try this, you might like it!
Now---what to do about my cowboy hat hitting the headrest???

I dont want to remove it!
oh yeah, don't worry, the seat belt isn't hooked to the seat. My Dad asked me this because he figured with my jerry rigging ways, in an accident, the seat would fly out!
