Carbotech Bobcat Brake Pads

Just got a set in today. Might have them on before our trip to Rockingham this weekend, but not sure. We use Carbotechs on the race car and street cars, so I will report how they do on the 3500. Again, I doubt they will be on until next week, but will report. They are supposed to be MUCH better than Hawks, and on the cars we've done, I can attest to this. Any secrets to doing the brake jobs I should be aware of?
