I just got off of the phone with Carl's wife.
Carl has to have a triple bypass tomorrow. Please pray for Carl, and his family, for it is the least we could do for him.

Carl had a triple bypass this morning and is doing well, all things considered. He will be under the weather for a few days and won't be able to take any calls. We will update again when he is up and about enough to accept your greetings. It will be rough going, for Carl, over the next few days, so please think of him often and continue your prayers.



If you would like to send a card please email his daughter at Carl's email address ( -- email address removed -- ) and she will let you know where to send it.



The wwcd2 site will continue to operate as normal. Carl is preparing to change his site to a new web server and I will be helping him through the change. We will send out a newsletter when that is about to happen, incase the site is shut down for a few days during the change-over.

That's good to hear Carl has come through surgery just fine. These darned heart problems can be a real pain, I had my share of them in my late 20s but nothing this serious



Hey Carl, if we would have known ahead of time you needed bypass surgery, we could have put the word out and maybe gotten a few other guys together needing heart surgery to go in on a group purchase deal for bypass surgery, Lord knows it's gonna be a BIG bill

Mrs Doc works at the hospital where Carl is and went up to see him this morning (Monday). They were spoon feeding him Jello when she got there. Carl talked in a whisper and is obviously in pain, but I guess having your chest pryed open isn't a picnic.
