Competition Carnage report update

Got the transfer case out of Brandon's truck today and tore it down. Sheared the t-case output shaft clean off right at the snap ring groove. Back half of shaft came out with the drive line All in all not that big of a deal i guess, just some cash and a little time. New front yoke and u-joints and an upgrade to the 241HD and all should be good to go. And on a side note. To those of you that cheered when he broke, sorry to dissapoint you, but Smokey will be ready to dominate at the next event.

Phil, good to hear Brandon's rig isn't seriously damaged. I wasn't able to make Hillmar but I always cheer for you guys even when I ain't sitting on the sidelines By the way, I'm talking with B about having him do a valve job om my truck sometime in the next couple months, so I might be down that-a-way soon. I'll let you know, we can get together and shoot the bull.

Save those parts Phil I will want to see the shredding they took from big red. I will be down Saturday to work on the rig, Piers is sending some upgraded toy's for us, and I should have the bearing from Mark at Greensburg by then.

Scott, what time saturday?? I have to work untill 3 after that i might stop by to check out the new goods You wont believe the output shaft. I have never seen something break so perfectly. It looks like it was turned on a lathe. Made taking the tcase apart easy though. We didnt have to remove that pesky snap ring LOL

I plan on leaving here at 6:00am and hope to be there before 9:00 I will start working on the driveline first I will have a new bearing with me. I guess the output shaft didn't twist and break ah just plan snaped, WOW pure power.
