The rejection line...

My family is planning a vacation to the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area of North Carolina. I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for places to stay and eat while there? We were told it's a very quiet family beach. Any other comments would be appreciated.

Thanks!:)

you guys will love it, just call nc tourism in raleigh, and they will set you up. you need to know the ferry schedules, rates for houses, motels [and these arent real commom] if you get too far into the outer banks. you might even want to try to get to the outer bank region, nothing fancy, but still the best fun, and surf fishing. from a friend that just happens to know where taz va is...

Kure Beach

Have not spent much time at Kure Beach. Mostly farther north on Topsail Island or south at Myrtle. Kure and Carolina are both laid back family beaches though and not too far from Wilmington. Can do most anything there. USS North Carolina is a great day trip and the waterfront at Wilmington. Too much golf in the are to discuss. The old saying is. . . Nothing got be finer than to be in Carolina. Have a great vacation. You'll have to eat at Calabash, hour or so south. It's a small town with lots of fishing and lots of seafood resturants. They all claim to be the "original" abd the best. Just lightly battered fried fish go down to the waterfront and get a table with a view.
