Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Carter Electric pump

I bought an electric pump two months ago and i'm finally around to hooking it up.



Do any of you have any methods for running the wiring? I probably need one relay, a battery+ and a key switched + running through a PSI switch.

Anyone have experience?



I also need a good place to get a Hobbs pressure switch that kicks at about 30 psi. I don't want the pumkp to run continuously, just supplement the lift pump when the pedal hits the floor and the psi drops.

When the booster pump is not running the fuel cannot get thru it to the lift pump. You need to by-pass it with a check valve. !!!

Napa can get the Hobbs Psi switch 701-1577.



It is adjustable.
