CB Mount bracket

I had a sheet metal shop bend some . 125 plate aluminum to mount a CB in front of the center seat section on my 99 truck. I will mount to the bolts of the seat frame on both sides of the trans tunnel hump. I'll get a picture posted soon. I am sure we will add some more features to it when we get together at our next meeting. Stay tuned ... .

I have something similar to what you're describing. I had a mechanic friend help me bend 1/8 inch steel plate. We then cut out for the trans hump. It bolts to the front inside seat-to-center-section bolts, and holds the CB right in front of the center section. Wasn't hard to do, and works great.
