2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission cb power

I'm installing a. cb in my 1997 ram and was wondering where the best place to pick up the 12 volts

I took mine straight from battery

I stop at the CB shop down the road from me and he tune up my radio to peek he says but It works great. Also run the hot wire from the battery with a fuze In line. You can use the cig lighter If you want. :-laf
