I run a Uniden PC68LTW w/ a Wilson 1000 and it works great! Oo.

I got the radio directly from Uniden at significant savings and the antenna at a local shop.

Saw an antenna install the other day I thought was slick. He had a base loaded antenna mounted on the bed rail, up next to the cab, so that the antenna ran up on the drivers side, right behind the rear window rubber seal.



Not be best place for efficiency, but sure was stealthy. You could hardly see it because of the backdrop of that wide black rubber window seal.

I've had a k-40 antenna and cb for many years. I've had truckers compliment the antenna as I blow by. I really like it, though it's magnetic and scratches the roof. But at least I can take it off to put the truck in the garage.
