I just installed a similiar one from Hot Boxes on E-Bay, but I can't comment on Supercrewsound. Hot Boxes are good quality and the upholstery matches the factory seat perfectly.

I have the 10" version with an internal divider to reduce the volume. It has almost too much bass for me, but my 20 year old likes it.

The eBay boxes look to be about 30 bucks cheaper on price, not bad at all.

Do you have Leather seats? I wonder how close the match is. I have the Taupe interior (sort of rare, don't see many like it. )

How much did it raise your armrest?

I just purchased one of the Ebay HotBoxes too. He said it would raise the center console about 1 - 1. 5". However, I opted for the JL Audio 12W6 sub, which required the box to be another 1 - 1. 5" deeper than that. So, mine ended up being about 2. 5" higher... kindof gives a cockpit feel.

I have the gray leather interior, and the match is very good. He uses vinyl (looks to be the exact same vinyl material that dodge calls "leather"). Box is built very sturdy, but the padding on top is somewhat thin, if you plan on trying to keep a center passenger comfortable... --Eric

I did not see a price on that, but both JL and MTX offer similar enclosures. You can lots of lesser knowns who do them as well.

The major drawback for me is that you loose the fold flat floor, and if the seats are folded up, the speakers are exposed. I have a GSD and a Lab, both 100 lbs. Need the flat floor!

like i said, if you have the room, and dont use the space. the drawbak to mtx or jl enclosures is that they use a plastic composite box, while bass forms are made of fiberglass. alot crisper and cleaner sounds.

I purchased a Hot Box a few months ago and feel that I paid too much for what I received. As soon as I installed it I had to modify (i. e. correct) the mounting bolts so it would fit between the seats. Then because I had to move the bolts, the speaker was not in the correct location so it was riding on one of the brackets. I ended up cutting off 1" off the bottom and making an entire bottom piece to correct this guy’s mistake. The only nice thing about the Hot Box is that it is covered in factory carpet which matches quite well. In my opinion, make your own out of 3/4" MDF and go to a local auto upholster and get it covered. You will save a lot of $ in the long run.
