Make sure you check the tightness of the lug nuts after 500 miles or so if you just installed the Centermatic balancers. The instructions very clearly tell you to check them at 500mi but I've been know not to follow instructions very carefully :D. I purchased the Centermatics during the group purchase and torqued the lug nuts as specified in the service manual. I then checked and retorqued them at 200mi in preparation for a trip to the midwest (only one lug nut had loosened up). After driving about 1300mi I checked and retorqued the lugs again and was surprized to find that about 6 of the 8 lug nuts on each wheel were loose  . They weren't really loose but they definately moved when I torqued them. Most of the lug nuts moved about 15 degrees with 3 or 4 moving almost 30 degrees.

Hey McLaughlin, thanks for the info. I didn't remember anything about checking the lug nuts so I read the instructions again---no info about the re-checking the lug nuts. I must not have goten the full set of instructions. Thanks again, ph :) :)

So is the group buy over? Man, I'm going to kick myself if I missed it!! I thought I was following those threads pretty close but I must have slept a few times:)

Please let me know if I can still call and get the group price.

Thanks,

John
