Guys, we're going to have a catered barbeque. All are welcome. We are going to have this open to Cummins and Powerstrokes. It should be a nice turnout.

Hope to see lots of the CFTDR folks show up. We will have some giveaways as well.

Bob

FLORIDA?????

Why is it that are hardly any responces from folks here in Florida, with the excetion of the certain few. I know that there are more folks out there than the few that show up to these things. Maybe there should be a North FL and South FL TDR. Maybe it would be easier for those who can't/don't want to drive to central FL. I live in J-ville and am willing to go anywhere in the state.

P. S. Wanted to bring this back to the top.

Seems most that show up are subscribers to the magazine. Many don't read the web site. We post it here for the few that do, but we also do mail-outs to reach the other CF members.

MY Buddy and I will be there with our two trucks. Other than pricing will anyone be there with info on the Power Puck,. ie advantages over other brands like Super Chips module,BD ect.

why no attendance

bigdog66: i live in sw florida below sarasota. i don't mind driving but would like the meeting to be at the location where it was stated to be. if a change is necessary please have someone or a note of somekind to direct people to the new location. what i am referring to was a previous meeting held at the fairgrounds in inverness. this site was changed to a dealer and that was posted on the website. however 3 of us showed up at the fairgrounds and waited, waited and finally left plenty ..... less than happy. haven't been to a meeting since !!!!! i'm going to try to make the next two. bruce

I UNDERSTAND

I am form Jupiter, FL on the Atlantic side, just north of West Palm Beach. I live in Jacksonville, FL now due to needs of the Navy. I think there should be other TDR groups in Florida. I wouldn't expect someone from Naples or Florida City to drive to Daytona or Jacksonville. The folks on the pan-handle are up the creek sometime when it comes to these meets. JMO

Bruce, I agree. Not sure how that all happened then. I don't think I ever even made that meeting, but heard about it afterwards.

I promise this one will not get moved to a new location. We had a lot of fun last time it was here.

I'm planning on coming to the meeting but need to know what time. ?? Am over here in Daytona and plan on bringing my buddy that owns a Power Stroke. I just want to show him what real trucks are like. Let me know if I need to bring anything. :)

Had a great time last year... gotta come see all my TDR friends, and Bob's sweet shop! Just for a cheap plug, I will be bring my Ricksons for sale!!! I'll have a jack, lug wrench and go-jo... if you're interrested, bring a check! Also, last year I brought my paintless dent tools and ran around fixing a few trucks... let me know if you have any concerns and I'll fix you up for cheap!

Man, what a day! Meeting some of the TDR members here in Florida was great, and being around so many sweet trucks gave me chills. :D Thanks to Dick, Charlie, Tom, John, Jim, Brian, and Jack for making me feel welcome (I hope I got everyone's name right). What an opportunity to learn new things, but even more to have a lot of laughs (Charlie, the air horns and the old lady was a scream! :-laf )

Bob - Thanks for having us and your hospitality. The food was excellent!

I'm looking forward to next months meeting.
