Change 2001 rebate incentive?

With my 2001 on order and due at the end of May, I'm wondering how the rebate incentive will change next week (after the 30th) What does everyone think? Will it stay the same, go up, or maybe be dropped until the 2002's come out? Also, with the 2002 production beginning in July, did I make a wise decision by ordering a 2001 now and not waiting? All input is appreciated. Thanks guys

When I was looking to buy my new CTD back in February/March, the dealer told me the current rebate/financing offer was good until March 30th whether I bought one off the floor or ordered it. The offer at that time was $ 1000 cashback or 0. 9% financing. I asked him if I ordered it and there were factory delays in production or whatever... ... . he said as long as the order was placed before the offer was up, I. E. the paperwork order was done, it was a done deal. My guess is that if you have the rebate listed on your sales order, you can relax and go out and buy some Bombing goodies with those $$$$ before the truck gets here!

I took the $1000 also. I ended up getting 6. 5% for 5 years financing from my credit union.
