Removing fan on 93 W250 360

Gamefisher outboard service manual?

I was replacing the accessory drive belt on our 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan and before putting the new belt on, I checked the bearings on all the pulleys the belt runs around. Found the pulley loose on the alternator shaft, so pulled the alternator and replaced it. Figured after 150,000 miles, a new one was going back in there after I went to the trouble of removing the old one anyway. Well job completed and went for a test drive. All working as expected EXCEPT: now my factory radio is dead! This radio has the three equalizer sliders over to the left end and the amber lamps on those three sliders blink slowly in unison and that is the only thing that radio is doing. It won't turn on. #@$%! I haven't tried to eject the disks from the factory CD changer. I have had the battery out of this van 2 or three times, so don't believe it is a power-off issue. My working theory at the moment is something related to theft deterrent. Any ideas on how to reset this and get the radio to function again?
