Finally came time for the replacing the APPS ( $392 from Chrysler )after the truck became a rumbling, stumbling fool and kicking the code telling the voltage was too low on the APPS. By the way Cummins can no longer sell the APPS, Chrysler has a restriction on them, at least thats what I was told at the Cummins dealer. I replaced the APPS yesterday and I still have some hesitation or hick ups as I refer to them. There are no other codes right now, I did the pedal to the floor slowly then back up slowly after install. Do I need to clear the code out to help the ECM learn the new APPS? Have I missed something here?

Thanks Scott

Yes... the code should be cleared. Then do the pedal to floor so the new apps can be set. It may clear by unhooking the batteries & waiting 20-30 minutes before doing the pedal thing. Did you go by 3 seconds down & 3 seconds up resetting the apps?
