There would be no problems that I'm aware of to switch back. One thing I would like to add, use Amsoil engine flush (I believe it takes 2 cans)before running the Amsoil. Have been told by technical service that sometimes people don't get good results when swithching to a synthetic if the system is not flushed and cleaned, especially if you have a lot of miles on the engine.

Harry,

What kind of problems did you have? I'm considering going to Amsoil in my Dodge (15K miles) and my wifes Acura (115K miles).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Eric

Eric,
You wont have any problems, and will like the oil. Especially on cold mornings, truck will turn easier, and start better. ( oil doesnt get as thick in cold) also handles heat better.

Harry,
Most synthetics are compatible with oetrolium products, and I can assure you the Amsoil is very compatible with petrolium, so there would be no ill effects after using the Amsoil. However, I would think after you tried it, you would like it.

Just my opinion on the last statement.
