Competition changing gear ratios

Would like to know if there is any benefit in switching my 410 gears on my 2002 dodge 3500 4wd. Was considering changing to 373's or 355's and wondering how much benefit you would gain in the 1/4 mile. Has anyone done this?

That would depend on your current power level. ET and MPH along with trap rpm
