I'm getting ready to put on a new Mag Hytec diff. cover. What are the good, better and best oils to use? And where can I purchase them?

Mopar 75w-140

I got this at Greenbrier Dodge on Military Highway- It is a synthetic and is DC's choice for heavy duty use in the rear axle. Red Line or Royal Purple 80w-140 would be good too but I see no reason to go anywhere but the Mopar which is probably made by one of the Big Oils.

amsoil 75w90 series 2000 in mine... doesn't require friction modifier. i am very well pleased so far with it.

Amsoil Series 2000 75W-140 in my differential. The 2500's have the Dana 70 rear don't they? I believe the maximum capacity with the Mag-Hytec is 6. 5 quarts. I know it's 8 quarts with the Dana 80 cover. I've got somewhere between 7. 5 and 8 quarts in mine.
