Changing Tire Sizes

1999,3500,Dually,4x4,Auto,355,Gears,w/ Van Aiken performance module.
I Currently have factory 215/85/R16 tires, Drive 85% empty & 15% pulling 15,000lb. GN Trailer. I am interested in changing to 235/85/R16 tires. How will this effect my gearing, shiftpoints, torque and economy? I am extremely happy with current performance, Just such small rubber on such a big truck? Can anyone advise me of their actual results in making this change in size??

Dale welcome to TDR. . about 400/500 RPM lower with the 235's [at least that is what it did to my old rig which had 4. 10's in it]
