Archived Charging system questions

I have a 2003 DCD 3500 4x4 QC DRW 6 spd manual. The blower for the A/C got left on (ignition sometimes get stuck and the accessories can kick on while the truck is sitting) anyway it killed the batteries. I jumped it and had to leave for work, on my way to work it was charging fine, then everything died. The Alternator is no longer charging the system. I look in the fuse panel for a alternator fuse and could not find one. Is there a fuse in a different location? Any Ideas or Help. Thanks

If the 3rd generations are like the 2nd generations there is a fuse in the PDC (Power Distribution Center).
