Naked man found outside, near a school with genitals missing, and they are blaming the dog of violating his (the ball-less dude) rights, and are currently involved in a massive hunt for a dangerous K-9.



At what point do they plan on questioning this guy as to why he was naked (although we can draw our onw conclusions to this and probably be not that far off), and credit the dog with defending itself much as a woman would if being raped?
