chatter running down the road

My CTD has developed chatter as I run down the road. I noticed it about 3 days ago and it gets louder as the truck warms up. All most sounds like a lifter chatter in a gasser. I have 35,834 on her and she’s going in Monday morning. Sound seems to be getting louder and coming from the left side like maybe the Injection pump? Has anyone else had this and if so what did it turn out to be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
