Apologies for not posting this sooner but I wanted to try it out for a while before openly confessing my tightwad ways.....
I did not want to spend a lot on a Winter Front until I could determine it would work like I expected. I also did not want to cover the intercooler and other items up front. So I decided to upgrade from the usual cardboard insert and used a piece of reflectix I had left over from a camper repair. I cut this to size and also cut a center opening, then slid it between the radiator and the intercooler - which is a pretty narrow gap.

I had intended to use tie wraps to secure it, but found an even easier method by simply wrapping the upper portion underneath the cross-over conduits.

I just pulled it out after 3 months of use and no problems at all. Biggest issue is getting it slid down in the narrow opening between the radiators and past the many brackets. It held in place and helped to quickly warm the engine / cab heat every morning. Plus it was a VERY cheap way to test the process. Now to find something a little more rigid.
