Haven't had any problems... turned truck off... . next time I started the truck I have a check engine light that won't go away. I tried to cycle the ignition switch 3 (really about 33) times to get an error code and it doesn't seem to work. I tried disconnecting the batteries for awhile and that didn't work. I disconnected my PM3, disconnected the batteries, and waited... that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

Vaman, I had a similar problem about a month ago. The code would clear after driving it about 3 times but would reoccur a day or two later. I unplugged and replugged my TTPM and fueling box and wiggled the VP44 pump wire (stupid Scotchlocks :D) and the problem disappeared with no reoccurence since. Also found out that trouble codes can't be pulled by cycling the key until sometime in the '99 model year as mine doesn't work either; manufactured 12/98. Good luck!

Vaman,I believe you have to have scanner pluged in when light is on to get code, when I disconnected batteries for about 1hr then re-connected no more light, after driving truck for about 75 mi. the computer re-set. what started all the light b-s was when I modified exhaust, computer did not like that,it set the lock-up out of wak, then after 75mi or so everything went back to normal, go figure ??? good luck,be patient make sure all fluids are ok and just ride it out for awhile,

MIL light

You can only turn off your MIL light with a professional scan tool such as the DRB III, Snap On, OTC or a similar tool. The MIL light is on because your PCM has recognized a fault in one of the sensors or wiring components that control your truck's exhaust emissions. If you do not understand this technology, then I suggest you bring your truck to a professional mechanic to diagnose what is happening. Your truck, your money!!!! Hope this helps!!! Regards;) ;) ;)

The issue appears to be linked to my PowerMax. This morning I went to leave and the check engine light is off (magic) but my PowerMax is not working. I'm waiting to hear back from TST Products...
