Or how about" Selling dealership services wife's new Jeep and forgets to put the lid back on the air cleaner box. Wife drives it 4,800 miles, I check under hood, find lid off and intake tract full of dirt, leaves, june bugs. I go BALLISTIC, call dealership, that upper intake be pulled and cleaned, engine oil changed. Dealership cedes and fixes issue. Selling Dealership then does steering update on my truck, leaves bolt out of steering damper and it eventually falls down and started draging ground while I'm loaded with cattle, call, read dealership the riot act, make them fix it. Wife's Jeep is ready for next p/m, take to dealership, Jeep has 20K, asked that they rotate tires while Jeep is being serviced. Pick Jeep up 3 hours later and head on 400 mile round trip drive. Notice at 60 mph, Jeep shakes, and 70 Jeep shakes and rattles... . hhmmm. . must have flat tire, pull over, no flat just missing several lug nuts and those that are installed are NOT tight on right rear wheel!!!!. .
(Apparently all the lugnuts are working at the dealership!!!)
jack Jeep up on side of interstate, tighten 2 remaining lugnuts, borrow one from left rear wheel and one from left front wheel (so they each have 4... except for right front, its got 5 cause thats on my wifes side! Married guys will get that!)
Finish 400 mile weekend round trip, Monday morning, call boss and let him know I'm gonna be a little late. Take wifes Jeep and her camera phone to dealership... show pics to G. M. , service advisor, and service manager. Then inform all of them that their employment with me and my checkbook has been terminated. Yes, you CAN fire your dealership... Jeep is going to the Ford dealership for next oil change... we will see how they do!
