Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) check engine light

My check engine light keeps coming on. This started when I had my transmission overhauled with the value body modified and line pressure increased, the transmission shop turned the pressured down, changed the speed sensor, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it keeps coming on?

You need to get the codes out of the pcm by the ignition key system: on-off, on-off, on count the flashes or use a scanner this will let you know what trans mod is causing problems or if it is something else.
