Another good place to check is www.nhtsa. dot.gov. They give the explanation for the TSB's as well as factory recalls, and customer complaints. It's also a good idea to file a complaint with them if you're having problems. They keep a record of complaints, and after so many (not sure how many exactly), they start an investigation. If they find enough problems, they can force the manufacturer into a recall.
