Check out my ARMSTRONG DIESEL Fuel system...w/ pics

This is the fuel system I have built for my 05. It is a FASS 150 pump, #8 lines from the pump to the filter, #6 from the filter to the injectoin pump, and a 2 micron fleetguard fuel filter. The sensor on the filterhead is for my BD fuel pressure light I have hooked to an Autometer prolight on the A-pillar.



I mounted the pump in the bed because I liked the way it looked and to keep it away from rocks and mud. Every fitting is JIC and the fuel runs through Strataflex steel braided, nylon wrapped, hose. The bracket are kind of cheesy, but when I go home for the holidays I will mig up some better looking aluminum ones.

We have to order the Nitro R/T so, it will be a while before we get it.
