Good for you! Teaching him and letting him help you! I grew up on a farm, and started helping out at an early age also. It really teaches a person the value of hard work, and it will help him become a good Man!

Good photos. That is what life is all about.

I grew up doing the same on a farm. My wife and I just had our first little one (a girl). She will grow up in the thick of it just like I did. She will be 3 weeks old Tomorrow and the sound of Daddy's Cummins already rocks her to sleep. ;) Don't ask how I know. :rolleyes:

And just think Travis another will be here to help in Oct..... LOL... tell the wife I still want her to hold off one month so yal can name it after me... . LOL...

When mine was about 8 months I spent the entire night with her in my truck. She wouldn't sleep unless the truck was running and wouldn't actually fall asleep unless we were driving. That was a long night.

Now she's 2 and loves to ride in "daddy's truck".

Somebody give those boys a ball peen hammer!Oo. :-laf

My son grew up to be a carpenter, just like his pa was. Except much better. :rolleyes:

Son strutting his stuff to the old man:

How many 21 year olds do you know that are licensed, bonded, and building quarter million dollar homes?

All the pa lectures about schooling just didn't take - yet. :-{}

Now he's living on Maui while his pa is freezing his Bu++ in Wyoming. :{

Hammersley, that may be asking a LITTLE to much. Just being able to hand me the correct wrench is a bit of a stretch for the females in my family (wife, 12 yo daughter, 10 yo daughter).

must be a very proud father... . we just had a girl 3 months ago can't wait till my wife sees the pics of our daughter working on trucks... . :p

Travis watch out!!! I could have sworn I seen Jacob flying down I-64 the other night!! The worst part was he was trash talking me! lol :)

If he's good with tools those small hands would be worth a million dollars in a tight engine bay.

Great stuff - now if we only had pictures of women and wives helping... ... AND I MEAN HELPING not being a PITA!!!

When I removed the head from the truck to stud and fire ring, my wife was right there under the hood, pulling injectors, rockers, lifters, and even removing head bolts. Even ruined her favorite shirt!

Thanx for all the comments guyz. He definetely is my little helper. Dave, I knew I should have hid those keyz a little better. OSR we could name the new baby after you anyway if you want, except it is a girl. I am all for naming her Russell except I think it would be a rough childhood. See you Saturday, maybe.
