Found this the other day... I've been wanting to build a bike for a while that is my size (I'm 6'8"), and this looks like a good winter project.

Someone 6'8 on the racoon? OH you meant the other one. I didnt see any price on it which probably means it is as OUTRAGEOUS as the other couple of diesel bikes I have found. If Honda could just put a diesel in a goldwing... I'd be all over it.

I believe a gasoline motorcycle may be a better choice then a diesel powered one because gasoline is cheaper then diesel.

Don't know about that one... most crusiers I know of get less than 45 mpg, and this one is supposed to be pulling 75 mpg. Plus, it's different. There's no price on it since they give you the plans to build one, not the whole bike. It actually doesn't seem all that bad, you don't have to worry about driveline alignment or anything, plus, it even has reverse! The Gold Wing is the only bike I know of with it, and that's just from the starter. This has full power in reverse. Lot of neat features about it!!!

and if you want a real motorcycle get a bosshoss my brother at 6 ft 11 rides one with a 350 and get's 18 mpg

This is a streetable one, dont know how comfortable it would be. Says 105 mpg at 45 mph, probly can get 75-80 at 70-75. Would be nice for my 130 mile round trip to work if it was comfortable.

Why shucks, I'd take *2* at that price...



I can get a DANDY, relatively late model used Corvette for that price, and carry 2 people in out of the weather for nearly the same combined road MPG...

25 horse Kubota. No turbo, I believe. Kubota's got a manifold and charger with this guy's name ALL over it.
