them 2 cycle DDC's are i think the best sounding diesel engines ever made... the do an awsome job turning #2 into music [or noise depending on who you talk to]

I think the announcer on that file needs to do some research on Diesels before he announces the engine's make and having an Allison in "front of it" that must be an interesting set up :-laf :-laf

yeah, a few errors there. . "12v71 cummins" in one sentence, and then "12v71 detroit" in the next. .



and the "injectors out of a locomotive" i find hard to believe, as an emd injector is a little on the big side compared to what can fit into a 71 series head [emd injector over 12" long end to end]

He definitely knows about IRP. He and I sat and talked for 1 1/2 hours at MATS last March. He expressed an interest in building a dragster, of course I was pumped about that. I'll have to give him a call... .
