I wanted a plastic engine for the '33 we are getting ready to build. I needed a 4. 6L Ford DOHC 4valve motor, but with a price of $400 for the block and another 250 for the plastic heads I just saved my money, bought a real 4. 6L engine and trany for $128. 00, and then bought a I-beam, some 4" square tubing, 2-push trolley's (2-ton) and 2-electric overhead lifts. Sure it cost a little more then the plastic mock-up motor, but now I can easily load or un-load anything I please, plus it was fun to build.
