This product is used by MANY Federal agencies including the Secret Service. Yes, it has a National Stock Number. I use it on my guns and plan to add some to my truck components soon.

We use it on our CG weapons. It's good stuff, just don't overdo it when you put it on. Best thing about it is the protection against salt water corrosion. Our 9mms get immersed sometimes when boarding a deep draft ship. The small boat will catch a wave as we are getting on the Jacob's ladder and we will be drenched in saltwater from the chest down. That means the weapon sits in a wet holster for the next 4-6 hours until it can be cleaned. I haven't seen any rust since we started using this stuff. Before, there would be rust when we would get back to check the weapons in.

Yea, it seems to be some pretty good stuff. You just have to get used to using it. It's a little different than CLP. I got some from a Military Technology Expo.

Why????????

Did anyone ever find out why sales were blocked 3 times? Do you suppose that it is purely a political reason? Is there maybe a legal problem with the Co. that sells the Militec? Is there maybe a member of Congress that has part ownership in the CLP company? Stranger things have happened!

Inquireing minds like mine would like to know, what is the deep dark secret.

Read the top of their page "God bless our troops, Jesus Christ is King!" I believe it but it wouldn't surprise me at all if some bureaucrat who wouldn't know the business end of a weapon if it was in his hand has a problem with it. Geez folks, he either was who he said he was or he was the biggest fraud ever perpetrated. Which one was he hmmmm?
