Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) check valve location needed

Can somebody tell me where the check valve is located on the VP44 and also what does it look like? Thanks, ben

location of check valve

The check valve is located in the front banjo bolt/fitting that feed the VP-44. If you remove the bolt/check valve be careful not to drop the two gaskets (inner-outer). It takes a 19mm - 3/4 wrench. They make 2 types, one that can be taken apart and the other can not.
