2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission checking for vacuum leaks....

my abs/brake lights flash when i hit the cruise. the abs sensor works fine. i have checked for vacuum leaks. found none. i am just guessing that it may be vacuum since it only happens when i hit the cruise set button. so, how can you do a comprehensive vac test? are there other components to look for?
