Checking lift pump pressure

Is there a way to check the fuel pressure ?

I do not want to add gauges but would like to check it once in a while.

What type of gauge do I need and where to I test it at?

Check out this- www.blackmtndiesel.com

They sell a test gauge, and they will treat you right.

Just let them know what year of truck you have, and they will send you the correct set-up. There is a schrader valve at the vp44 and a valve pre-filter. Just screw it on and close the hood, tape it to the windshield and go for a cruise. It works great.
