is it possible to use the spindles, axles, and rotors from a chevy with a dana 60 on our trucks? in theory it seems do-able, they are both dana 60's, even if you have to use the inner half axle from dodge and outer from chevy, just get parts from one without kingpins? any help would be appreciated.

As far as I know all Chevy Dana 60's have king pins. You won't get any of those parts to work on your late-model Dodge ball-joint Dana 60. If you just want manual hubs, I've heard people claim that some knuckles and hubs will swap from some Ford ball-joint Dana 60's, but I've never confirmed it.

to answer your question the correct knuckles and spindles etc. to use are off of a 96 or 97 ball joint ford 60. I have this setup on my dodge now. you must use everything from the knuckle out including the inner axle, but by doing this you will gain a dual piston caliper and 13 inch rotors. the 99 and newer hub/rotor combo is a metric. patt. but the older ones still use the correct bolt pattern and regular 9/16 studs. the new setup will also push your tires out 1 inch per side and you will have to adjust your tierod accordingly. hope that helps.
