Can't go wrong with a Yanmar .



After seeing the poor quality of Chinese diesel tractors over the years, I am hesitant to trust anything that is built there with a diesel engine. Their tractors are basically throw-away junk. Talk to any former Chinese tractor dealer about the quality of their stuff.



Yanmar diesels are bulletproof IMHO. Not a generator expert by any means though.

have several at work. only problem was the voltage regulator for the battery,every one failed and went to full charge and boiled the "water" out of the battery.

Was looking to buy my son in FL. a generator for xmas, talked to a generator dealer on internet, he told me he sold two, ended up taking both back.
