So I have a 2001 24v CTD AUTO with 145k on the clock. Moslty bone stock except for a S&B CAI, 4 inch Maganflow w/ muffler, Edge CTS2 (monitor only, no tuning) and a fass 95 GPH. Ever since I bought the truck about a year ago, I get a weird almost sounds like a misfire in the engine only when she's warm and in either PARK or NEUTRAL, as soon as I put a load on the engine ( in Reverse or Drive) the truck is fine. I had a feeling my stock LP had enough and was starting to get tired, so I installed a Fass 95GPH titanium series LP w/ a sump, and the issue still persists. Other than that the truck runs great, starts up in 0F degree weather with no block heater, and when I'm getting on her the monitor reads 25PSI. Again, the issue only comes about when the engine is up to operating temp (180 & up). Maybe an injector has an out of line popping pressure? I may also add I have no check engine light but when checked with my CTS2 I have P1693 which says that I have other codes in there, I am correct.

I do have a video of it on my iPhone if anyone could use some clarification.

After the winter comes I don't know if this will help but I plan on doing a valve adjustment, I can't imagine they have ever been touched before, I bought the truck with 135k on it.

This isn't too relevant to the issue stated above, but since I'm on the topic maybe I could receive a little insight. Last week I was up north in New Hampshire and stayed the weekend. Truck sat from Friday morning til Sunday afternoon in temps ranging from -5 to 15 degrees F. Didn't plug it in but truck fired right up after cycling the grid heater twice. After running for about 3 minutes or so the truck started to run REAL rough, would idle smoothly for about 5 seconds then sound like it was about to die, and catch itself. My first thought was that my above issue had gotten a lot worse. I let the truck run for about another 10-15 minutes doing that, hoping it would work itself out. I put her in reverse to move the truck and would barely move, and want to die even more but I let off the accelerator pedal before she could. After that I turned the truck off because now I knew I had an issue I had to deal with. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, I found that my fuse to my Fass had blown. Replaced the fuse and truck was back to normal and truck has been the same as always ever since. Now I did add anti-gel to my fuel, or maybe the cold caused a lot of resistance in the wire/motor of pump, who knows. My question now is, did I hurt my VP44? Is there a way to tell if I hurt the VP44? I still have the same issue of "hiccupping" during warm idle. I don't know if this is something I should take up with Fass or what. Thanks to everyone in advance.
