Chrome bodyside moulding

I'm wanting to replace my black mouldings with the Laramie chrome mouldings. Anyone have any extra's? One of my friends said that there are chrome covers for the black mouldings... Is this true and if so, where do I get em? Thanks, John

Dodge sells the chrome ones in a kit for about $135 - a good deal considering I bought my dull, mismatching patriot blue ones for $165 before the chrome was available. :{

That's exactly what I want to do, 'cept I'm not all that fond of the black... I was thinking color matched. I changed out the front grill to color matched to get away from so much chrome on the front. I'm happy with the result. I would have got the sport package, but a wall of graphite across the front doesn't really work, and I wasn't happy about the painted rear bumper either.



As far as the side moulding goes, I haven't given it a good look but I was under the impression it was put on with the same adhesive backing as all the badges... making it unuseable after removal. No??? If I lose 'em for color-mismatched, the chrome ones are free... I haven't decided on it yet, but I'll keep you in mind.

So it's a little spendy.
